La propagation rapide de COVID-19 constitue une réelle menace pour les systèmes de santé de l'Afrique de l'Ouest francophone, une région déjà défavorisée par les défis sécuritaires et humanitaires.

La semaine dernière, le PO a lancé une nouvelle page web consacrée à la réponse du partenariat au COVID-19. La page comprend :

une carte interactive avec des données de pandémie en temps réel dans les neuf états membres du PO
une déclaration affirmant l’engagement de l’unité de coordination à soutenir les initiatives qui aideront à atténuer l’impact négatif du COVID-19 sur la PF / SR dans la région
une document d'orientation soulignant les priorités du PO dans la lutte contre COVID-19
témoignages sur COVID-19 par les points focaux PO

Ouagadougou Partnership (OP) Response to COVID-19

The rapid spread of COVID-19 poses a real threat to the health systems of francophone West Africa, a region already disadvantaged by security and humanitarian challenges.

Last week, the OP launched a new webpage dedicated to the partnership’s response to COVID-19. The page includes:

an iteractive map with real-time pandemic data in the OP’s nine member states
a statement asserting the coordinating unit’s commitment to support initiatives that will help mitigate the negative impact of COVID-19 on FP/RH in the region
a guidance document highlighting the OP’s priorities in the fight against COVID-19
testimonials about COVID-19 by OP focal points
